BEST Computing discusses IBM Think 2025 at the Swiss Regional Club in Lugano.

The IBM Swiss Regional Club is one of the most important events of the year for IBM Switzerland: a biannual event that brings together clients, partners, and professionals to share the latest news on artificial intelligence, cloud, automation, and cyber resilience.

At the June 4th edition in Lugano, we were proud to see our CEO Paolo Caudana among the speakers, invited to discuss the innovations presented at IBM Think 2025 in Boston.

During his speech, Paolo highlighted some key trends:

  • AI as a competitive advantage: no longer just experimentation, but targeted integration into business processes for concrete and measurable results.
  • The era of AI agents: with Watson Orchestrate, it is possible to build intelligent agents capable of working with over 80 enterprise applications, accelerating tasks and decisions.
  • Hybrid automation: Integrations with tools like Terraform and HashiCorp’s Vault expand management possibilities in complex cloud environments.
  • Data at the Center: With data integration and new solutions for orchestrating and governing data, companies can finally extract value even from unstructured information.
  • Security and Performance: The announcement of LinuxONE 5, IBM’s most secure and high-performance platform for AI and mission-critical applications, reaffirms its commitment to reliable and scalable technologies.

The message is clear:

“The era of AI experimentation is over. Today, competitive advantage comes from a targeted integration of AI that produces measurable business results.”

We thank IBM for the invitation and all the participants in the Swiss Regional Club for the constructive discussion.

For us at Best Computing, it was a pleasure to contribute to this event and share with the Swiss community the innovations that will drive the coming years.
