Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with solid experience managing and designing complex ICT infrastructures, capable of leading technological evolution toward the cloud and coordinating vendors and internal teams in regulated environments.

The role is part of the IT infrastructure evolution of a financial sector client, focusing on the transition to Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud environments, in a context with high standards of security, compliance, and business continuity.

Main Requirements

• Design and manage the client’s ICT architecture, supporting the evolution towards Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud
• Manage assigned ICT systems, including application management activities
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management, ensuring continuous improvement and process optimization
• Implement medium-complexity project initiatives and support project managers in the architectural and go-live phases
• Coordinate operational activities with external vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams (projects, security), ensuring technical and operational alignment

Technical Skills Required

• Microsoft Cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect)
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in architecture or project leadership roles on Microsoft 365/Azure in complex Windows environments
• In-depth knowledge of information system architectures, key protocols, and ICT technologies
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ICT solutions and services
• Knowledge of key reference frameworks: ITIL, COBIT, NIST
• Experience in the banking sector will be an advantage

Language Requirements

• Italian and English: minimum level B2
